I think the terrorist did it on purpose in order to drive our nation into chaos and mayhem. But, since Septemeber 11 has always been a day who no one cared about before The 9/11, our nation quickly rose from the ashes (and unsend fax cover letters).
Imagine if they would done it on 5/05 (Cinco de Mayo), we would feel funny about having tacos and Coronas. That would been real chaos.

It wasn't a coincidence at all. The government knew that if all went according to plan, that the American people would be forever haunted by that date. It would be a constant reminder............remember that nothing is coincidental in life. There is a purpose for everything that happens.
