I have English Bulldogs and they love the tile! It is a very cool spot for them to lay on. The carpet is too warm.

When it is really hot outside, dogs love tile because it is always cool and probably the best place to sprawl out and cool off. When I play outside on the lawn with my dachshund, he loves nothing better than to come inside, have a long drink of water, and collapse on the tile kitchen floor. Much better than carpet when you've busted a sweat!

Yeah, coz it's cool(cold) to lie on during the summer especially when the air conditioner is on.
Unless you're asking about dogs eating tile, then I say, our dog doesn't.

Tile floors you mean? You bet they do. It's COOL to lay on. Keeps them cooler in the summer.

My dog doesn't... It is so funny to see him run from from the carpet to the tile... He starts slidding around and can't control his body motion..

No. Their claws clack on it, and it is slippery. They prefer carpet, it is better for rubbing their butt on.
