my wife suffers from multiple joint pains and used to take various types of pain killers and grew fat and weak. i tried to get her to go for morning walks but she would rather lie in bed. some one introduced her to a yoga center which is located near her office and she goes there daily to exercise. astonishingly all the joint pains are slowly but surely going away and the swelling on her joints has also started to reduce. so do yoga and make sure you join a class and you should have someone to attend with you. your friend or relative and you will soon be on the way to good health.atthritis is mentioned many times in the bible. the bible says hatred is the cause

many many many ... osteoarthritis, rheumatoid athritis, gout, pseudogout, septic athritis, psoriasis, lupus, ankylosing spondylitis, reiter's syndrome, hemophilia, lyme disease, rheumatic fever, sickle celld isease, trauma, charcot joint, hemochromatosis, wilsosn's, fibromyalgia, etc. I need more information to tell you which one of these you are likely to suffer from.
oh yea, and the treatment for each one of these is different. for instance, movement makes osteoarthritis worse but makes rheumatoid arthritis better. some can only be treated with medications while others you really have to see your doctor because they could be signs of a serious illness.
So please don't listen to individual experiences because you have to be evaluated by a doctor to know what it is.
