Best way to make your hair do what you want it to do, Put one Cap full of extra virgin Olive Oil in any conditioner. it does the trick.

It sounds nasty, but mayonaise will make your hair really soft. Put mayo in your hair, put on a shower cap and leave it on for about 10-20 minutes (depending on how long you can take it); then shampoo and condition as usual and your hair will be silky soft.

Another really good thing to make your hair soft--you take a handful of baking soda and make a paste with it by mixing it with water. Apply it to your wet head and rinse. Then shampoo and condition your hair...this works wonders because it strips out all of the product build-up from your hair.

BIOSILK!!!!!!! Trust me, I have been looking for the same thing for years!! & a few friends (that have very silky & shiny hair) suggested biosilk, so I went & got some of those products & I got so many compliments on it. Just go to like walgreens or something like that & look at all the biosilk products & see which one you would prefer for your hair.

Garnier Fructics Sleek and Shine Serum is wonderful. I have curly hair naturally and when I want to straighten it, I use that. No frizz, soft and silky for hours.

Brilliant Brunette straighting cream stuff! So cool you just squirt some on and makes your hair "pop" and look very shiney and makes it soooo straight and slick. also doesnt gunk up your hair!

i can't really recommend one, becasue honestly, i haven't found one myself. and even if it worked for me, it might not work for you. everyone's hair reacts to chemicals in a different way. i guess the one i can kind of say you can try to make your hair shinier with is probably lemon juice. a lot of girls use it to make their hair shiny. lol. good luck=) p.s. i need luck too. haha
