i was paying my telewest bill by direct debit,but had to cancel it...i requested a bill to be sent to me each month...i havent recieved one and have foned telewest 3 times....the first time i was told that a bill would be sent out,it hasnt been....the second time i was told i wouldnt get one this month,use an old bill,but i havnt got one...and the last time i was told i can pay at a paypoint using my account number only.....does any one know if this is correct......or if there is another alternative...

phone telewest again.. speak to a Manager, Inform him/her you are having trouble getting the payments through and are still waiting for the bills... you are perfectly prepared to pay.. so its their clerical Error, not your fault really...........

keep calling billing dept at telewest, and mke a note of when you have called. don't pay anything til you have a full bill. if you want to pay via paypoint the only safe way is to have a paypoint card which the customer service departent can issue to you. it only takes a couple of days. the billing/customer service dept can give you the balance of your bill over the phone and you can pay by debit card there and then if you so wish.

I had a similar problem with Telewest, I signed up to their online billing system so I got my bills via the net every month.
I also paid them via online banking.
