Yes, lemon juice does work but it is just a drying on your hair as bleaching it.

spray lemon juice into your hair before you go out in the sun (i.e. before a soccer game or something) It'll naturally highlight your hair :)

hmm...not that i know of if its chemically treated already...if you just dyed it ( or rather bleached it) the good news is that it will get lighter...if you want to it more blond maybe platinum...wait a week or two! when you do...condition condition condition! its very damaging but maybe can be achieved...
