Sorry 2 break it 2 ya, but you won't lose as much weight without dieting. I'm not saying empty you're cupboard of junk food, just go easy on the everyday snacks. Drink lots of water and less salt and eat large meals instead of lots of little nibbles. For the exercising, walk every second or third day for a few kilometers. Over the weeks you can up the distance and frequency until you're walking nearly every day. Also while you're doing this do abdominal exercise often. 3 sets of 30 crunches, bicycling (laying on your back moving you're legs in a bicycling motion while touching your elbows to the opposite knee one at a time), leg lifts and the occasional push-ups will burn the stomach fat in no time at all. Also, the odd minute of skipping will really shed the kilos, as well as swimming if the weather's good and bike riding. A combination of all of these and healthy eating will have that tummy fat gone in a month or two. Here's a suggested week of exercise you could do: Monday: Moderate walk/jog, ab exercise Tuesday: Bike ride, ab exercise Wednesday: Gentle walk (you can't overwork yourself or your body will go downwards instead of the other way) Thursday: Moderate walk/jog, ab exercise/strength exercise Friday: Swimming/bike ride, ab exercise Saturday and/or Sunday: Rest up. I lost one inch off my stomach in less than 2 weeks by doing these things:
Drinking plenty of water
Eating at least 25g of fiber a day
Doing ab exercises when i go to bed
Doing exercises when i wake up (your body will use the stored fat instead)
Eating less carbs during dinner
No Junk food
Remember, it's more of a healthy lifestyle than anything else.

Spot reduction is not possible without resorting to surgery. The Cabbage Soup diet works best for unsafe, unhealthy rapid weight loss. You an lose up to 14 lbs in 2 weeks. Not recommended beyond 2 weeks.
