You know, I know it sounds crazy, but if you snack on fruit, you stay slim and healthy and still get a snack. For example, it is just as easy to sit in front of the boob tube and eat a bowl of blueberries as it is to eat a bowl of Cheetos.

take a Keebler Town House Crackers (original)
put half a teaspoon of sour cream on it
put a green olive with pimento on it
you'll be hooked

Its hot so take some ice-cream, choco cake and juice or fruit, or only take some ice in a glass.I do it when I feel hot and thirsty!
