why do most Indian men stare women in a very vulgar way and pass vulgar comments?

You should not generalize it. It is not true for all Indian men. The reason is the people will behave in the way they are taught. Many of these men grew up in abusive homes where mothers are treated badly. Many cultures teach their kids teach their kid that it is important to respect women. Unfortunately Indian don't do that. I think another reason is, in many cultures sex is common but in Indian culture sex is very much restricted. Hence energy and attraction of young men to opposite sex is much more intense than foriegn cultures. They unfortunately have to spend that energy somewhere.

You mean to say other men don't stare at women. Lots of men from all races stare at women in a vulgar or maybe you are prejudiced. I know a lot of Indians who don't and I know a lot of people from other places who do.
rae and SumMer h....maybe you need to read about India and understand about the country instead of spouting nonsense. They don't have 10 wives and India is not in the Middle East.

Sorry....I do not share your perception. All the Indian men I've ever known (quite a few) were respectable and warm-hearted.Sorry you've had to deal with the few bad apples.

wow! ure sterptypin. most indian men are very friendly, and arent vulgar. most afro american men do what u listen (im not white, so dont htink im being racist) and many men do that.my b/f doesnt do that.

thats absolutely not true. i believe its to the individual rather than a culture or a country. for e.g. maximum of the child molesters are US citizens, does it make all americans the same. it definitely does not and for sure its not in the culture of US either, is it?
P.S. India does not fall under Middle East.

its not for all indian.though im not indian.some of them are uneducated and cnt behave themselves, also they are conservative then other europian or american.if they behave like african free culture & shameless attitude ( ! )no one proceed them.
last of all in your eyes.......indians r not nasty.
many women u found they like valger.
the way the society looks a woman in western country------u will find in all those websites. i think the pervertion is mostly in western society--
so dont blame the other nation & culture.
