Your body might be changing and this is its way of dealing with it. Sometimes certain medications can cause this. If you're that worried, go see your doctor and get a thorogh checkup.

I don't think ur too young for hot flashes. It can happen even in ur '20s. Oprah Winfrey did a show about this.

how fat are you? i don't want to sound mean but if you have a lot of extra body weight you can carry extra heat since you say you are always too hot and it's not heat flashes..
or you might have very high iron. iron makes you warmer.
I'm anemic (my iron is low) so i get cold very easily.

Do u experience heart palpitation, trembling, hungry all the time? If u lost weight too, u may be suffering fr thyroid. do not wait to see a doctor if these symtons occurs.

my bf is the same way..do u have a high metabolism??? if you do that could be apart of it..and well sometimes i get hott flashes its really weird..but it all depends if your stressed too. why dont you go see a doctor about it?

You could have a problem with your thyroid. My mom's is hypo so she's easily cold and my friend's is hyper so her hands are always clamy. See your doctor.
