Yes, you might be pregnant again. My next younger sibling was born just 13 months after me.
But, your friends may be right, too, so you should go to a doctor. A bood test for pregnancy can tell if you are pregnant almost as soon as conception occurs. And if you aren't pregnant, a doctor can help you find out if anything else is wrong.

Yes, you can be.
My son was 6 months old when I got pg with my daughter, and that is in spite of the fact that I was nursing him, we were using condoms, and I had not had a period yet (though, obviously I was ovulating).
The "tipoff" that I might be pg again was the sight and smell of raw meat was making me sick, and mild morning sickness.
My ob, husband and I used to joke that we expected my second to be born wearing a helmet and body armor ;-)
So, seriously, I would go get a test, and if it comes back neg. but you aren't feeling better soon then go to your Dr and have them test you, as well.
One other thing - if you are, if you're anything like me you're going to have VERY mixed feelings (to say the least) about being pg so soon, but even though some things about it are hard, esp. when they're little, there are also some great things about having them so close :-) (mine are now 13 and 12 and are great friends :-))
As my husband and I say, the bad thing is, we did it all in stereo, the good thing is, we did it in stereo (though I do hate it when people ask "Are they twins?" and when I say no, they say "Are you sure?" - all I can think is - ummm - I'm sure I would have remembered 15 mos of labor!!!!!!!)

Hi, Ur constipation may be taken care of diet..try more fibre diet and isapghol. And stress causes delay in periods. So give some more time and see if u get periods. N the pregnancy test can be given a try then. try eating papaya n lots of nuts ...that hastens periods bcos of the heat production.

Stress could delay your period, or even make you miss it. I'd suggest going and getting a Dollar Tree test (if there's one in your area) and just test at home. Going to a doctor for something you can do for $1-$14 at home isn't the best idea.

You could be pregnant again if you had unprotected sex and aren't on birth control. There is no time limit on how long it would take for a woman to get pregnant after giving birth.

If you've had unprotected sex then yes, it is possible. it is easiest to get pregnant in the months after youve had a baby. you might want to go to the doctor just in case.
