Obedient Christians don't. Only disobedient ones do.

Sex isn't wrong. Its a gift given to adult humans who are wedded. The strong physical attraction and pleasure is just one more of the blessings that helps two people who are comitted to each other on other levels besides. If sex is the only facet of your relationship and you haven't taken the time to find out the other non physical facets it cannot replace the lose of a complete and whole bond or union between people. Sex is not love and it needs something substantial to be based on.

Because nobody, including Christians, is perfect. I think that many people loose sight of the end reward and focus on the momentary pleasures. The Bible says that we are to only have sex with our spouse, after we are married. Premarital or extramarital sex is not the best for us, and God knows that much better than we do. In the long-run God's plan always works the best. Think of the emotional baggage that we could avoid by being abstinent until marriage. STDs would also be virtually eliminated.

Because sex is a natural function of an animal (which we are) and suppressing it by fear and shame is not easy to do...so some people give into NORMAL, HEALTHY, emotions and feelings.

There isn't anything wrong with religion, but no one should live based on someone elses idea of "morality".

It's convenient, though. The faith promises unconditional forgiveness. Sleep around; Jesus forgives you.

This seems like a major flaw in the religion, but it is inherent in a mythos with a compassionate god.

So, when someone gives into his natural urges, it's especially easy knowing full well that when all the grunting and sweating is done, you have a clean slate simply by repenting for your sins.

I'm a Christian to and I think it because you know how sex is like the in thing now, well a lot of times I think the devil uses people to do wrong, however, as Christians i don't think that's a good excuse because if we truly have god on our side, we would not let the devil use us.
God Bless You

Because we are all human. And thats what humans do.

Marriage was created by man... there is nothing natural about monogamy. and furthermore if i was going to spend my entire life with someone i would want to know if the sex was going to be good before hand... thats a major factor in any relationship.

I think this scripture says a lot....... 1 Corinthians 6:18 .19, 20
Flee fornication. Every sin that a man does is without the body. But he that commits fornication sins against his own body. What?know not that your body is the Temple of the HOLY SPIRIT which is in you, which you have of God and you are not your own? For you are bought with a price. Therefore, Glorify God in your body and in your spirit which are God's....l

U can't say that all Christian slept with others before marriage. Understand that premarital relations are forbidden by the Church, and only people who are not religious do that.

People make mistakes, remember we all fall short of God's glory. Although it is not allowed, we are still sinners. As long as there is true repentance with the asking of forgiveness, christians should not be condemned.

No one is perfect. Everyone deals with their own strengths and weaknesses. Temptation is at it's strongest when you know you can't do it. NO, it is not what the Lord wants of his children. Each person has a personal relationship with the Lord, and ONLY his judgement on them will matter.
