Maybe try giving her some postive attention instead of nagative. maybe she annoys you because she is reaching out for some type of attention. It's really sad that you would type something like this in fron t of her. She is 13 and dealing with a lot of teenage issues and her aunt rejecting her is not going to help her!

My niece is the same way. I've finally explained to her (rather bargained) that if she gives me my much needed alone time, that I will chill with her later.
That and I sometimes tell her to just leave me alone and then I go to my room. Childish, maybe. However, no one is allowed in my room so it works.

try a sock and duct tape,,,or lock her in the closet for a while,,,lol or better yet tell her to go entertain herself its late and she should be in bed
