No, noting is wrong with you. Your crying is not for no reason. There is ALWAYS a reason for what we do. Sometimes the reason seems hidden, even from us. The real truth is that I am the only one that really knows why I do what I do. The same is true for you. Only you can answer why you cry. You have to dig really deep inside yourself to uncover it. Perhaps a repressed memory, sadness over a loss, that sort of thing. Remember the human mind is very powerful. It will often block all memory of some event to protect us. Then it will allow those memories to surface at a later point in life when we are better prepared to deal with it.

That's the best I can offer, I hope it helps.

Sincerely,
Terry

No it's not normal and not healthy. You may be battling depression or another emotional problem and not even know it. I would talk to a doctor. Even if it's just your family doctor. He or she might be able to help you or refer you to someone who can. As someone who also suffers from bouts of depression I know sometimes you get upset and you don't even know what about. It can be very frustrating. One thing that helps me is to write in a journal. Even if you're not sure what is wrong it will eventually come out in what you write. It does for me anyway. Then when you feel that way again you can go back and read what you wrote before. It really helps me understand what I'm feeling. Maybe it would work for you too. But definitely see a doctor as well.

That's one of the symptoms of depression. The fact that it's been happening for years is a sign of a signifigant problem. Talk to a school counsoler, or seek help. You might need to tell your parents so you can receive adequent help.

Also, if your taking birth control, take a lower dose.

It's not normal.. Maybe it's depression.. I think you should tell someone..=( spend time with friends and your boyfriend if you have.. do something fun and something you really like doing..Go a few days for vacations..If it continues then I really think you need to get the advice of a doctor..
I hope everything goes fine with you..

If you're not feeling depressed (the supposed no reason at all) there is a distinct possibility that you have a chemical or hormonal balance. You'll have to be tested for this though at a physician's or pschologist's office.

I had the same problem. I thought it was normal. It escalated into a very deep depression. I got help. My advice to you is to talk to a councilor you can trust and prevent the possibility of a chemical imbalance.

hi. dear...i am sorry its not normal....u r suffering from mental illness..it sounds rough but that's the truth...so don't expect good from suggestions like m,making freinds..psycoligist..etc..only medical treatment can do you good...most probably it seems to be depression but mixed illness like depression with hypomaic symptoms need to be ruled out...moreover some internal illness can be causing it..like hormonal imbalance due to pills or other medical cause can also cause mental illness which is reversible....and yes if u think love from a boy freind or somebody else or lots of money will cure it..it wont..you can revert back..

I would say that is not normal. Why not journal instead. Make an appointment with your local Mental Health Clinic for an evaluation!
