What would you do if you had no family to talk to, or no friends to trust? Would you see a therapist? A therapist whom you've only met a few seconds ago? Then what would be worth living for now?

Get back to nature, walk along the beach or in a park. Yes speak to a therapist, they guide you along the way to making your own decisions and help give you coping mechanisms to deal with things that come up in life.
You never know what is around the corner, you never know who you may meet or what will happen next, so there is hope :)
PLay some nice music , happy music too.
Get a dog if you can, they are great pets :)

Go get a book called "I am that" by Nisargadatta and look into Advaida Vedanta for one way to find out what you really are. You'll find the true self can never be lonely. You are me! How can you be lonely when everywhere you look you see yourself? In the computer, in the sky, in the mirror, in friends...Everything is you so it is impossible to be lonely. It is just your ego that is lonely.

Why the hell would you want to pay someone to listen to you?

Having "Family" isn't all that important... hell... I've got an Ex brother that I told to get out of my life and leave me the hell alone years ago. Given the choice between talking with him, and talking with no one? I'd much rather talk to no one! If every person on this planet were to die except him... I'd have the memory of friends to keep me company... He can have the South pole... I'll take Florida

You sound depressed, dear. Get yourself a complete checkup and discuss with your doctor your feelings. He or she can recommend someone to talk to. For now, get yourself out and meet people so you won't be so lonely. Best way to do that is go back to school, take a class, join a club, etc. Good luck, dear.

i find a lot of comfort in the Bible and have been going to church. it sucks to feel sad and lonely, but it can be overcome. you can see the therapist to work on issues, but it is a work relationship for them, you are not their "friend" and if they follow a proper code of ethics then they will not see you outside of the office.

You're screwed then.

Because when im really upset I usualy call one of my friends and I get all happy and stuff.

So what if you're deppressed with no one on your side anymore?
Basicly you realize you are indeed verry screwed, and will realize that you probably see that you probably did something to loose them, and it was YOUR fault.
And what do you do when you got no one on your side?
Try making new freaken friends.
And try being close to them and make a connection so when you feel bad you talk to them.

You are worth living for. I am alive to help you and you can help another. My family and friends are not very accessible- I fear that they will judge me. Strangers can be better than your closest friends because they are more objective. Speak to God about anything on your mind and ask him for help. Consult with a minister who will not profit from your pain.
