They cant accept there mortality and they cant accept that there alone in the universe so they need religion cause there weak and pathetic. They think theres a god when theres not, and they think that theres a god that would supposably plan guide and watch over them because there so special out of the the billions and billions of people who have existed and will exist and the trillions and trillions of animals who have existed and will exist since people are no different then animals there just more evolved so they should counted too. And dont get me started on how pathetic they are that they think there immortal and will always exist forever in an "after life" when in truth theres no after life. Anyway, there pathetic and thats the truth and everyone who doesnt believe in a god or an after life will agree with me but they just dont wanna say it since they think it might be rude, but its the truth whether its rude or not

I think they are--just like the rest of humanity. Have you read the news lately? Look in the mirror lately? How about your incorrect usage and inability to use commas and apostrophes? It looks like you are too weak minded to master even simple grammar. And that’s pretty weak and pathetic considering you are posting to a public forum. How about this, do you know how many zeros are in a “trillion”?

How is it that you haven't even mastered basic communication skills but presume to judge yourself wiser than some of the best minds of history, such as St. Augustine, St. Thomas Aquinas, or Pope John Paul II?

I am weak and pathetic--relative to God. I don’t need God so that I can live up to the World’s standards. All that I would need for that is a personal trainer and a thong. I need God so that I can live up to God’s standards. Don't imagine for a second that in their humility Christians are bowing and scraping to you or the world. We do not fear pain and suffering. We fear displeasing God. It is the Creator and His Son before whom we kneel in submission and awe.

FINALLY! Finally, you actually said a little of what you believe, while asking pretty much the same question that you had asked 2 weeks ago. This is a BIG step for you, and I am proud of you.

On the flip side of this, however, you are using old material and still resorting to name calling. This is probably do to the lack of confidence of your own position, so you have to lash out.

Actually, we are very different from animals. If you look at the many different class, and sub-classes of animals that are out there, you will start to see the differences. DNA structures also show a complete difference from all other animals. Plus, if nothing else, we have the thumb. You, of course, all ready knew this.....right?

What scientific evidence do you have to support your theory that there is no "afterlife". Science is exact, so where is your proof. Example : A light bulb burns out. At that point it ceases to exist as it was created. It is no longer capable of serving its purpose and is thrown away. Looking at the atomic structure of both the bulb and the energy that passed through it, there was never "life". Now, your position is that we are no different from the light bulb. We perform a function, die, and are thrown away. Even the computer that you are using falls in this catagory. No life, no consciousness. Why? Mankind does have "life" that is different from a bulb. It is that difference that science cannot explain. I assume that you can......so explain. Since science cannot explain human conciousness, "life"or the "after life", how can you? The principals are different. Please use the logic of science to explain this. You know the answer.......right?

It is possible that the pathetic and weak people know a little more than you. Makes you angry, doesn't it. Thank you for showing what you believe. The world no longer has to wait. God Bless You.

Everyone needs a way to get through the day; some jog, some read, some pray, some drink, some beat their children with belts. Who are you to say they are wrong? Belief is the unassailable land of liberty, no one can take that from you, unless you let them.

I am an agnostic, and while I get angry at people who use God as a weapon, or a crutch, I respect people of faith because they stand for something, just like I do; if I am wrong, then I will be judged one day, and perhaps found wanting, but I will not be found wanting of tolerance towards others and their beliefs bcause I believe that theirs, like mine, are sacrosanct.

Just by your questions, my faith has grown stronger. I know God must be in my life because I have no negative thoughts like you have. Obviously, you have the right to your beliefs, but to call people weak and pathetic only shows how you lack character and wisdom. I feel sorry for you. You must lead a very unhappy life. Try bringing some positive thoughts to yourself. Pray to God for help with this issue. He is very loving and I'm sure he would help you. Have a blessed day!!!

I am an atheist. But I am not an ***. You are an ***.

Respect the beliefs or lack thereof of everyone else and they just might respect yours.

You and I may be wrong and the billions of religious people may be right. Statistically the odds are in their favor. Be tolerant of religion and grow up; whether you want to or not.

There are certainly people for whom religion is a crutch. But there are also many strong, admirable people who are religious.

You are committing the same offense that the more obnoxious religious people do, in presuming to tell others how they should think and live. I think a person who is strong in his beliefs should be content to let other people have their own, however misguided he may think they are. Your rant is isomorphic with all the fundie hellfire rants about how pissed God is at you.

I don't like to generalize an entire group of people like that. A LOT of people and weak and pathetic without even bringing religion into play.

It is not religious people who are weak and pathetic but the hypocrits. Many religious people are very strong in their faith but see no need to push it on others.

I won't even dignify this with an answer. Oh wait, I just did.

....well, I'm still TOO TIRED to read your entire question. But I do find the title offensive. But I kinda think you asked this just to spark something for personal entertainment.
