How about taking her out to dinner for a nice chat? Just ask. If she's interested she might just take you up on the offer.

Be cool and calm, be yourself, don't just blur your feeling out at the beginning of your date. Coming from a girl, girls like knowing whether a guy likes her, but she would like to see if the interest is really there. Don't ask her out at the beginning of the evening, keep her wondering. Talk to her, enjoy the evening, and when everything went really well and the opportunity is there ask her out. Good Luck!!!

Buy her some flowers and just walk right up to her and ask her out. Confidence is always the best flowers are just a good prop.

Just say "Do you want to go out with me." Or you can always ask one of her friends to do it for you. The friend will be extremely happy to do so.
