I'd say take her to a vet a.s.a.p. Check her hind end - if she has a vaginal discharge or a nasty smell, it could be pyometra - a dangerous uterine infection. You'll need to get her in immediately for an emergency spay and a few days on IV antibiotics.

Sometimes what appears to be bloody vomit is really bloody saliva caused by periodontal disease, for example, or a cut from a sharp bone or stick. "Pets are incredibly stoic and will often continue to eat with very sore teeth and gums,"
"You may not realize they have trouble until you see blood."

The normal color of the interior of the mouth is a healthy pink. The teeth are firm and white. Signs of illness are paleness of gums, sores, continuous drooling, bloody saliva, gagging, pawing at mouth and foul breath. (Worse than usual) Look for loose or broken teeth and objects inside the mouth.

Get the dog to the vet, being lethargic and having bloody saliva are not good signs of anything GET TO THE VET NOW..............

The vet is probably a better bet for the right answer than most of us. Give them a call.
There are a few more sounds than lung sounds to deal with, check on bowel and heart sounds too. If you are used to listening to them, they make sense, otherwise, it's just a lot of noise. Make sure the dog stays hydrated.

So much could be wrong. My first thought is that maybe your dog has something lodged in its throat--like a bone or a chew toy. Could be parasite infested. To play it safe, make an emergency appointment with a vet as soon as possible.

Get her to the Vet. There may be an ulcer, infection, or rupture somewhere in the digestive tract. Lethargy is a secondary characteristic of not receiving enough nutrients or being in constant pain.

Any chance she could have eaten mouse or rat poision? Or been exposed to human blood thinners like wafarin? If so, take whatever she got into with you when you rush to the vet.

Please call the vet hospital asap for your sweet dog. It could be something simple or something as serious as poisoning or stomach bloat. If you know the pant is different, it seems your dog is at the very least distressed? I hope she is feeling better very soon and the vet can find what is wrong! :)

For god sakes get her to a Vet right away. There is no circumstance I think of beside a bad tooth or gum disease that would explain this.
