There were times when I loved her... but that was then.
I probably would still be her friend, and maybe the ocassional sex

Suddenly stopped loving her? That means you didn't even love her to begin with. Stop lying to her and let her move on with her life, let her find someone who will love her from the very start.

Well if you stopped loving her, then you never did truly love her! You may have thought you did, yet you didn't. You can not just stop loving someone. You should just sit her down, you should be in full body armor first though, then tell her honestly that you thought you loved her, but that you have come to realize that you never really did. Take the beating she will probably put on you. Make sure she has plenty of ice cream or candy for her emotional baggage after you crush her heart. It is the least you can do.

Just be straight with her and tell her you don't think you can continue the relationship because you are not feeling the same way about her the way you were before. She probably already knows from what you give off-don't string her along and just break it off. It hurts worse when you pretend to care thinking you are sparing her feelings.

Tell her exactly that,
Let her know you loved her, but you cant see a future wth her, and that the last thing you want to do is hurt her, but staying with her will be wrong in the end.
Or if your a wimp. Tell her you dont want commitment at this time, and it would be best if you went your seperate ways.
