i have just the answer for you. it hurts real bad. my dad died in my arms on 9-28-05. i was the last person he saw and spoke to. he said "im ok". but he wasnt. the dr at the hospital couldnt save him. i still cry over it but not as much as i did. i was a huge daddys girl. i have found a lot of comfort in my mom. my pets are a great comfort also. its like they know im hurting and they let me hold them and cry. i even talk to them. it seems silly but it really helps.

Okay let me give you some advice right now: never, ever live your life in regret of something you did not say. Tell your loved ones you love them. I am aware that it is really awkward at first. Especially to tell your friends that you love. But saying it now will prevent you a lot of heart-ache later on. Second: don't think about what you are going to do when they are gone. Live right now in this moment with them. You never have another moment like this one with them. Laugh, cry, horse around. Live!

Lastly: the only way to cope with that pain is day by day, hour by hour, minute by minute, moment by moment. I hate it when people call it a season of grieving. There is no season to it. It is a lifetime of moments that they are not there for. A lifetime of pain. It gets better. The pain dulls and you hardly notice it, but it is always there. Trust me. You find your own way of expressing it and releasing it, but it never really goes away. You just live day to day, never knowing if this day will remind you of them. At least that's the way I cope!

Well i have been thinking alot of this stuff.
I will not be able to accept cos we just found each other and had 2 beautiful bbs. I will feel most sad if he can't be there for our bbs future cos they will always always remind me of him.
It will take many many years to get over or never.

Sometimes it comes across my mind. It will be hard to cope up with it but i will just remind myself that if that happens they will be with the Lord and they are happy there. I shouldn't be selfish to want to keep them here when they're already happy in God's presence.

face reality and facts. its something we dont want and neither can we control?

treasure the time that we have now and never regret when the day comes.

fate , destiny whatever live and be happy and dont worry about those that we cant control.
