According to the bible, the man is supposed to be the head of the household, so he should have the upper hand. He is supposed to be the spiritual leader, protector, and provider of the family. That doesnt mean that the woman is weak or a door mat, but that is how God intended it to be.

It depends, on can whip the other, i guess it can go both ways. I reccomend whipping early and keeping them in check.
