I sleep maybe 4-5 hours a night, my mind is constantly racing, and at night I pace around my house. ADD?

You may want to look into sleep apnea. I have problems with sleep, focus, concentration, and excessive daytime tiredness. Just found out after a recent sleep study that I have mild sleep apnea. Good Luck and don't stop until you find the answer to your symptoms!!!

If your thoughts are racing it's more then ADD/ADHD, you sound hypo-manic. See someone now before you end up with full blown mania- as that can be bad. Do you get spells where you're depressed? If so, you could be bipolar, and ADHD is commonly associated with it.

That is a good possibility. See your dr and get yourself treated. You can get this treated so that you can finally get a good nights sleep. Good luck. Oh, and check this out:

See a professional! Your question is too evasive for one & hardly anyone here (I presume) is qualified to give you a "pat" answer!
