Pretty much the only real way is immersion. Go to an english speaking country for as long as possible, and DO NOT speak in your language, even if others know it. That worked for me with spanish. Alternatively (worse but cheaper) go to a class/place with others who speak english and use only that as often as possible.

Well its not like ne one here in america can speak proper english so u should try no to use books and comp. programs instantly cause u wil confuse urself talk to people first who know english then move to books or comp. programs

well your writing seems close to fine. just rent some english movies and repeat what they're saying. thats what i did to buff up my french. it's better to rent a movie you already have seen in your language.
