This is my definition of love. Love is self-sacrifice. If you truly love someone, you want to do anything you can to please them and see them smile.

Love means that you care about other people's feeling and emotions as though they were your own. There certailnly are many different types of love. Passionate love is at the beggining of a relationship when you cannot keep your hands off one another. This turns into compationate love, when you know and trust one another. There is also love for different people, it's not only for the person you are in a relationship with.

When I separate the person from who they are, i.e. a body part, that person has an incredible bottom, or they are hot, I am separating the person from who they are to how they appear/look. I am also idealizing who they are based on the objectification of their body, i.e., because that person is hot, I would like to get to know them, or somehow they are appealing emotionally mentally because they are hot. As I am objectifying, lust shows itself in fantasy. What would I like, what would I like to do with and to them. So I would say when the idealized picture of this person is replaced with reality, IE., who they really are. You can accept and be willing to see past faults, issues, problems because Love carries no jealousy, love doesn't judge, love don't do anything for self gratitude, love gives unconditionally, love is trust, love is respect, love is truth!

love has many meanings..you could ask a thousand people and you might just get a thousand defintions..love is kind of hard to explain you cant really put it into words for someone to understand. love=a profoundly tender, passionate affection for a person, feeling of warm personal attachemnt or deep affection, sexual passion or desier, a strong predilection or liking for someone, to need or require,benefit greatly from, tenderness,fondnessm predilection, warmth, enduring, emotional regard,romantic feelings..it can go on and on..but my defintion would be someone that seems to be your everything..that makes you happy everytime you are with them..someone who you cant live without..someone who you can be with and you wouldnt desire someone else..like your search is over..someone who you would NEVER hurt..alot of people cheat or hurt someone but say you love someone..NO thats not love..if you can cheat on them you dont love them..i know we are all human and yes you will be attracted to someone..but to day dream and fantasize about thats going overboard..when you love someone you stopped searching..and thats the only person you love..you found happiness with them and thats it..see what im saying?? you are happy with them..someone you dont want to change..but grow with and want to learn about them and grow with them..and work things out..that you respect them..honor them...take care of them..give them 100%..always there for them..so on and so on..hope you understand..when you find that special person you will know its love..you cant get the full undrstanding from someone trying to sit here and explain it to u..ALSO love is thinking about the both of you..you DONT think abot yourself anymore..you think about the other person and include her..(im hungry..so maybe i could call her and see if shes hungry and see what can i bring to eat)...or maybe include her..when yall go to the mall (i like this shirt.let see if she likes this also..or if she likes this calonge)...think for the two of you..dont make major decisions with out her..maybe thats getting into the marriage then now..im getting ahead of myself..lol

u know every1 says there ain't one, but i feel in my experience in the field of it all is taht love is comforting someone when there down, being there for them whenever they need you, just giving urself 2 ur significant other, guy or girl, you really have 2 look deep inside and give urself ur own definition of love, the correct definition truthfully is wat you want it 2 b and wat you make it, nothing more... nothing less
