What should I do? I feel so bad

There are no such thing as nose mites.
You do need a vet. Blood is troublesome and not something you can take care of yourself. Even if you did want to go digging around in your dog's nose. :)

Of course I'm going to say take him to the Vet., because there are several reasons for this.It could be as simple as a broken blood vessel from previous forceful sneezing, or as serious as a tumor.

Take the dog to the vet. I had a pug that had something suck up her nostril and was bleeding she also would not stop sneezing. The vet had to pull it out. Take your dog in.

There could be something seriously wrong. You need to call your local vet and ask them what you should do and if there is anything you can do to help without taking them in, but they may suggest you bring him right on in to the vet. Please take this seriously, something is deffinitley wrong and it should be addressed one way or the other immediatley.

It could be a foxtail which left untreated can kill him. Take him to the vet!
