This could really be something serious, call your local vet and ask them what you should do. They may be able to recommend something that you can do at home or they may tell you to bring her in. This isn't something you should just ingore. PLEASE call your vet today!

O.k., you're probably gonna think I'm "nuts" for giving you this answer, but it REALLY does work. First, figure out which nostril you think has something lodged in it. Then, gently pinch closed the opposite nostril while at the same time blowing a small puff of air into the dog's mouth. The object should come (flying) right out. If your dog won't let you do this to him (I wouldn't blame him too much if he didn't), get someone else to help you hold him still. It's painless, you won't hurt him, and it'll save you a trip to the vet.

sounds like an infection or foreign body. take him to your veterinarian tomorrow.

"Unlike people, if your dog ever has a bloody nose it is always cause to see the veterinarian. And if sneezing is causing discomfort for the animal or concern for you, a visit to the veterinarian is also recommended. Chances are that it probably won't be anything serious but, like so many conditions, the sooner treatment is initiated, the easier it is to eliminate the problem"

Vet Vet Vet!!!!!!!!! Quickly.....if it is lodged up there and it is causing bleeding this could lead to an infection. If something is not lodged up there, then it could be an even more serious problem. Please get him to a vet quickly!

The best thing you can to is to call a vet. Only they can check what is truly going on and give you an actual diagnosis. Don't wait.....you don't want the dog to suffer!
