I'm asking this again because a lot of people are misinformed about the laws of abortion here in the U.S.A.

A bill that would have made late term abortions illegal was shot down by the Supreme Court by a tie breaking vote by Justice Sandra Day O'Connor.

Late-term abortions are legal in many states as late as 40 weeks and up to the moment of birth. The law states that as long as the head is still in the womb the abortion can take place no questions asked. The abortionist takes scissors and jabs them into the skull of the fetus while holding the body outside of the mother and the head inside. Then the abortionist spreads apart the scissors. Then he takes a vacuum device and sucks out the brains and crushes the skull. Then the remains of the baby are removed.

By the way, a newborn baby is just as dependent for survival as an unborn. If a newborn baby is left on its own he or she will die.

You name the animal, that gives it a face. It makes it personal. It becomes a pet. By calling it a fetus, it allows the law and the doctors to take away the child's humanity. I know that this sounds harsh. I know that it is not a pretty way of thinking about it. But it is true. Yet, I know something else that is true, God does not turn his back on his children. All those babies that were aborted and will be aborted are being raised by the best Dad in universe. It's sad, yes, but God always allows for one silver lining.

The term fetus is crazy. I think it should be called a baby, a human ect.
I did a term paper on partial birth abortions, not my choice but it was assigned to me. I was crying all the way through my research. What is even worse is that someone is actually willing to perform a partial birth abortion, that is just sickening. Abortion is something that many women use as a form of birth control.. I do not believe there is any right way to condone an abortion, except in the rare instances that it will be deadly on both the mother and the baby if the pregnancy is continued.

So sad, feel badly for women who regret their decisions when they had an abortion. The guilt will haunt you for the rest of your life and when these women die, all their aborted babies are gonna go after their souls.

Abortion ultimately is a crime against humanity in my personal view. A fetus is a stage in the development of a human being. A child is not an adult, but a potential adult. Similarly a fetus is not a child but a future child.

People who kill future children and adults find means to justify their actions. It is important that people realize the consequences of their actions before they involve in actities that lead to the creation of a fetus/child/future adult. Because people are lulled into sleep into believing that somehow the unborn are not children, people think they can kill with impunity.

Awareness should be our primary mission, instead of attacking those who are in the industry of abortions. In this day and age, the key is education and expressing the truth in a lucid manner without emotions as much as possible, even though this is indeed an emotional issue.
