i have my ex hair clippers and work shirt. he wanted to come by and get it and i said no. should i keep them cuz i hate his ******* guts. he took something from me. my peace, and 2 yrs off my life span. those clippers are worth about 80.00 and even though i know he can go buy more. i just dont want it to be easy. it wasnt easy for me. im still trying to get over hating his self centered lieing ***. maybe when i cool down ill give them back. but i just dont want to look at his ugly 4 eyed face.

Give them back girl. By doing that, you are making yourself the better person and moving on. By keeping them. you are being selfish and belittling yourself. Do not have ghetto mentallity. What would Jesus do? The man can only take your peace if you allow him to. You find your peace within. I know it is hard to do when you have been betrayed. But in the long run, it will not seem so important. I mean really, are a pair of clippers and a shirt worth belittling yourself to a stealing thief? Give them to amutaul friend or leave them at an agreed upon place to return them. $80 worth of bull crap is not worth your self respect. And even if you never find out, you will have respect from him and those around him for returning his belongings. Remember, what would Jesus do. And we don't take nothing to the grave.

Well, not unless those clippers are given to you as a gift, he has every right to claim them according to the law. I mean, if he decided to sue you over this matter in a small court, you would lose the case. I understand how mad and hurt you are to try forgetting your ex, but holding his belongings hostage isn't going to solve everything. Just remember this: "you can't change the past, but you can make choices for the future ahead."

Let go of your past and then you will be free to move forward with your life.Give the clippers and shirt to a neutral party to return to your ex.Hatred will destroy you like a cancer.Once your ex's last belongings are returned to him you will have no ties no matter how small. It will be in your court if you want to waste another day hating or if you want to start living each day with hope.Good luck .

giving this stuff back will help u forget him which seems to be what u want and if u keep them then everytime u see them it will remind u of him and u will not be able to have closure and move on.....also I believe if u keep his belongings that are not urs he can sue I've seen that on Judge Judy thousands of times also i understand u don't want to see his face so why don't u ship them to where he lives now or meet him for coffee and have one of ur friends meet him there and give him his stuff

Look, you have a child with him.....whether you like it or not, you are going to ahve him in your life for a while yet.....I know it may not be fun, and that you hate him......but try to get along with him for a few more years.....then you can have nothing to do with him.......then again...maybe after you would give him his things back....he would jsut disappear

Be mature. Give him his things back. Yes I'm sure he hurt you deeply, but someday you need to forgive him. You only get this one life. Why not make it worth while.
