I really know what I'm talking about. To be any religion, you should study them all as best you can. If something is hearsay, it should be told that it is. If I don't know the answer, I pass on the question until I study it.

Most of the things I say are just off the top of my head. Some statements are well informed and others not well informed at all. I do know a fair amount about religion but am more interested in challenging irrational and illogical beliefs than disparaging. Challenging beliefs is good.
For example, do you think your God wants you to kill anyone in his or her name?

I try to make a point not to discuss things I don't know about. I'm a christian. Sometimes I'll have friends ask me about a particular religiong. I always tell them if my knowledge of that religion is limited. I also say, well this is what I do know of that particular religion, and from there we discuss it in light of the things we believe.

I'll only say things that I know are true and/or widely believed. If I don't know, I do my best to make that very clear. I also try to accept corrections gracefully, but that can be hard when the other person is tearing your head of because you made an honest mistake. That really gets to me.

Most people here say they don't speak unless they know what they talk about. That's good. We've seen many many examples from folks here in Answers! who talk outta their a.r.s.e. without knowing the subject first.

Ive done lots of study about Christianity, Islam, and the Baha'i Faith. I'm actually more deepened in Islam than many Muslims, and I'm not even Muslim. Whenever I say anything, I know what I say, and I like to include references and links.

If you can't back up your claim, then don't say anything at all. Do the homework first.

Most of those who "claim" to know about other religions do so from their own proselytising sites.

The material present there is twisted and misleading.

I have seen idiotic comments by Christians like caste system is racism and religious. I have seen Muslims verses from quoting Geeta again misleading as they quote only half the verse. and leave out the full detail.

Chek out the question below.

I dont talk about nonsense religions. All are fake. I heard of them all and all their main concepts, but all contradict themselves except Gnosticism, which I dont consider it a religion nor do I consider TRUE Christianity a religion.
Gnosticism is THE TRUTH, with NO CONTRADICTIONS!!!!!!!!!!

I know what I am talking about. I've been to many churches and have study various religions and philosophies, but we shouldn't argue about that. We ought to respect anybody beliefs and believe in something ourselves.

As an occultist I would hope that I am capable of speaking clearly enough about the faiths of which I am familiar.
