With EVERY war there is always anti-war movements. Right now with America we have the crazy lady who keeps moving from DC to Bush's ranch protesting the war, and has now started a hunger strike. Look it up our "liberal" media will always have the newest and most up to date criticism of any form of patriotism. May they rot in hell or a 3rd world country

Now that America is in war it can't be undone. There is not much of a point in having anti-war demonstrations right now because that just demoralizes troops, "cheapens" the lives lost there fighting this war, and since we are fighting a war, we may as well "win" it or do what we set out to do, so it is not utter waste. Technically we are not at war, we are doing Operation Iraqi Freedom.

I'm not sure what your criteria for movement is, but there are certainly many protests. Below are some links, but I suppose that some Americans that might be against the war have been made to feel as though it would be unpatrotic to actually say something about it. It's a real shame. . . but as the war continues on, I think those voices will gain strength and feel as though it would be unpatrotic to NOT stand against this pointless bloodbath.

Its the economy. Everybody has to work. There aren't many social programs which might give people time to assemble as part of a protest. People can't take time off from work without fear of loosing their job. They also fear reprisal from the Government. Either by way of being labeled as a subversive or potential terrorist. The Government doesn't need more restrictive laws taking away our Rights. The Govt needs to be more efficient implementing laws on the books. If the FBI would have listened to agents in Florida who reported odd goings on at a local flight school, then 9/11 might not ever have happened.

We need a more efficient Govt. Not a more intrusive Govt.

no that's not about prevailing or dropping. prevailing or dropping would not adjust the wrongness of a difficulty. there no way the U.S. would have ever gained vietnam... they were scuffling with a commonly used massed insurgency in south vietnam. a actuality the authorities replaced into attempting to disguise from that's electorate. frankly it looked as if it would artwork doubly nicely on you because there is historic consensus that the tet offensive replaced into performed with the help of the NLF (viet cong) and in no way purely the north vietnamese military. besides i say if the u.s. authorities and the militia hadn't been mendacity about what replaced into happening the Tet Offensive would not were a huge deal. it don't have blown any available illusions. undertaking finished.

What planet do you live on?

Are you blind? Every pinko leftist in this nation is screaming out against war. The media is behind them 100%.

Every single day I have to hear "Bush is Hitler, Bush is Hitler", or the more popular "bush is HITLOR, bush is HITLOR".
Just read 90% of the responses in this forum.
Nothing but crazed anti-Americans.

You hippies need to lay off of the pot and learn how to read and write before you espouse political views.

Cause, as cowards, they don't want to get knocked the hell out for aiding our enemy & getting americans killed. Which is exactly what happened in Vietnam & caused us to lose a winable war, that and panzy politicans that wouldn't let generals lead.
