As per my study and teachings the biggest sin is "Not accepting God as one and alone and Almighty". the preachinhgs of Jesus and Muhammad (p.b.u.h) and all prophets of God has been that God is one and alone and no one shares Him. He is not the son nor he is father nor there is any spirit. so the biggest sin is refusal of Gods Oneness. Then comes the disobedience of parents.

All sin will keep you out of heaven, but some sins carry more consequences here on earth.. Divorce hurts a lot of people. If you steal a dollar from the store it is a smaller degree of consequence.
The biggest sin in Christianity is balsphemy of the Holy Spirit. No forgivness for that one..

There is no sin greater than another. A sin is a sin is a sin in the eyes of God and they are all bad and go against His word and commandments, which require repentance through Jesus.

The biggest sin is addiction. Addiction is the door to fear, anger, hatred and suffering. Be it the addiction of self worth, drugs, sex, lieing or otherwise. Consider this, all addictions are forms of slavery to a dark power... Even the addiction of loving God.

Blaspheming the Holy Spirit.
This means attributing God's work to the work of evil. Saying God does miracles in Satan's name or with his power, etc.
Other than that, all are equal in God's eyes.
The first sin that must be confessed is the one of rejecting Christ. Once this is done, all your sins will be forgiven. :)
