Pilates will work fast. If you do about an hour of Mari Winsor's Accelerated Workout, you should see results. Your body will be tone, both in thighs and stomach, and other places. Don't over do it. It may seem as though you are not getting fit, but you are. Before August 5th is going to be hard. I would suggest doing this once in the morning, and once at night. work especially on abdominal and buttox. Good luck!!!

well losing weight by Aug 5th, sure you can exercise your butt off and starve yourself and you shall lose weight by then. However you will gain it back and flattening the stomach is almost impossible to do period, let alone in a few weeks. Sit ups will flatten the stomach but most people can't do them, and stick with them. I suppose if you go get lypo you will be good to go by August 5th.

ok ok i know ur in a hurry . thighs easy but stamch alot harder. when ever u have a spare minute n e where u can work out ur thighs. just stick ur back against tthe wall and go down till ur knees r parallel with ur but.( ull look like ur sitting on nothing except ur back is against the wall) good luck i hope u lose it.
