Get into a brawl at a biker bar. Then you won't have to pay for any of the extractions, just the dentures. Should save you some dough.

I am going through the same thing , I need 14 teeth on top removed and a denture put in, the estimate I got was $2800, @$125 per tooth to remove and the rest the denture, this included 2 follow up visits .and the removal in 2 parts, the back 3 teeth on each side , then waiting a month to heal, and then the rest of the teeth removed and the denture put in, the reason I was given to do it that way, is the back gums would be healed enough to hold the new denture without too much pain. sounds logical to me, I am scheduled for next week to start. Good Luck

My father had radiation treatments which caused his gums to soften and teeth problems came right after that. So he is doing exactly that and I think he is spending about $3,000 USD for both new dentures and his teeth pulled. They are doing it in 3 sessions where the first is a consultation, the second they do it and the third they follow up. The dentures are ready the same day.

I don't know how many teeth you have that need to be pulled, but as far as the dentures call 1-800-denture or 1-800-dentist, I had to have new top dentures as my got broken from a accident and i called them the price of the tops were $225.00, or I don't know how far you are from Arkansas or Kansas City, but they do them really cheap there too. My top dentures stay in really good and have no problems with them. Good Luck& God Bless.

Considering I sort by Oz questions and yours came up I will assume you are a fellow Ozzie.

My husband recently had extensive dental work carried out. His extractions cost $100 per tooth. He has a few left to go which can't be taken out in the chair that he needs to go to hospital for - they are going to cost in the vicinity of $500.

Dentures will cost you approximately $2K.

Check at the nearest Dental School. They do procedures at cost or less. The work is done by dental students, but they are supervised by top Dentists and their grade and graduation depends on the quality of their work, so don't worry about that!

Just call around and get prices. Price shop hard. Then work out a payment schedule.
