How about two or three? If Christians support industries that trash the environment and exterminate God's creations, is that OK with God?

Who knows for sure. But we do have "dominion" over all the animals. Maybe it's just another test.

God, however, did instruct man to kill spring lambs on the altar stone as scarficies.

Kill them to extinction?

That's man exercising their knowledge of Good and Evil.

I think so.
But there's also a difference between "exterminating" a species and indirectly causing them to die.
Additionally, there's also the sticky situation of how you define a species.
Biblically speaking, the thousands of species of frog recognized by modern classification may be considered only a few hundred. So, it's a bit complex.

He appears to exterminated millions of them on his own. What's a few here or there compared to that?
