Ok, heres the details on it. -check this http://www.nbchengda.com/image60.com- thats what is inserted into my friends chat boxes every 3 minuets. i have AVG, and that did nothing. Adware did nothing. My antispyware indicated that my firewall was down. I checked that and indeed it was down. The only problem is that i cannot turn it back on. my computer keeps making weird sounds, and i'm afraid this virus might destroy files on my computer, which i cant have since i run an at home buisness. Please send me some info on how to kill this virus without having to buy an anti virus thing.

You can't you have to go and try and get Mcafee or something like that. I would try to look for free virus scans good luck! By the way you shouldn't have AOL ESPECIALLY AIM because Aim gives you so many viruses. It completely destroyed too of my computers i should know. And one of those computers had a 50 page novel i had been working on and now it's all gone, i had worked on it the entire summer and now i look back and think "if only i would have never gotten AOL internet service". So yeah i hate AOL and if your an AOL Worker F*** You i hate you and some day i will kill you all!!!!!!!!!

Dude,

Don't be cheap with anti-virus. It is not a cost-saving area. You don't cut costs when you are parachuting by jumping without a spare parachute. It only costs 25 bucks a year and will save you the trouble of EVERYTHING.
Now even if you reboot your computer, the virus could easily take hold.

So I recommend the easiest solution: (1) Save all files on a temporary USB disk. (2) Reboot your computer purging everything. (3) SPEND SOME MONEY AND BUY NORTON ANTi-virus - i have done this and saved myself a hell of a lot of time/money. it IS worth it. (4) Install it, because it will protect your computer.

You don't have any choice, especially if you are not a paid subscriber, to get rid of this software, nor do you have the expertise to do so. And DO NOT use your credit card on the computer online.

If you get this message, save everything and reboot. You have no choice but to start afresh, this time with antivirus.

If you log on to the internet without the latest anti-viral software, you will again by VERY vulnerable to attack, and all your efforts will have been wasted. you may as well leave your computer as it is.

Follow me advice. -BK

Try using the free online Anti-virus scanner from Trend Mico at http://housecall.trendmicro.com/. This will scan your machine for viruses without having to install a different full blown AV software package. Trend should be able to knock it out.

Get some better software. ;)

I've stress-tested nearly every program on the market and here are the best ones money doesn't have to buy.

( NOTE that these may not all be full versions but the free versions do what you need them to do - kill viruses and adware! )
