Yes, being as God has a very sexy bellybutton Himself being as perfect as He is, and thus Adam created in His image and Eve who followed too each had bellybuttons from the time of their respective creations.

Adam and Eve are fictional characters, but from the drawings and paintings I've seen they do seem to have bellybuttons.

Adam and Eve were created, and not born, ergo, no belly buttons. Their children, however, were the first humans with bellybuttons, because they were born of woman.
