Is going to hell one of the worst that could happen to a person when they die? If it is.. Why dont you just leave homosexual people alone, and be happy and content just knowing that when they die they will have an eternity with the devil?

Personally I don't track down gay people and harass them. But I do answer their questions here and let them know that there is power available to every person on this planet to turn away from whatever besetting sins they have in their life and to receive the gift of salvation from a loving God.

The Apostle Paul wrote about how some of the people in the church of Corinth "were" all of these things before being born again and receiving God's Holy Spirit who frees us from the bondage of our sinful nature.

Do you not know that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor abusers, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you. But you are washed, but you are sanctified, but you are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God. 1 Corinthians 6:9-11

I used to be a drunkard before I answered the call of Christ on my life. But God broke that addiction and now I haven't had a drink in years, praise the Lord!

I think the most hateful thing a person could do would be to just cross their arms and shake their head and say "Well they're going to hell to be with the devil. I'm not going to try and stop them."

Why would knowing that another human being is going to spend eternity in outer darkness, apart from God the Father, where there is weeping and gnashing of teeth make anyone "content". Hell is not something that I wish on a homosexual person because I don't agree with their lifestyle. Hell is a reality for those who don't repent and believe on the Lord as their savior. I would tell a homosexual person, or any person about the reality of hell, in addition to the reality of Jesus Christ and the cross, out of love. I don't keep Christ to myself so that I can punish others with hell. That seems absurd.

No, it's not the worst thing that could happen to a person because neither it nor the devil exists. God doesn't judge or condemn us, only humans do that. The worst thing that can happen (and alternatively the best) is life here on earth. Get through this and we will all end up in the same place. Home with God.

A lot of people seem to feel the need to "help". I find that religion goes straight to some people's heads. They feel "empowered" with the "word" and want to do everything that they can to belittle other people with their "divine power" crap.
Other people are being completely honest and think that maybe you are just a person who is confused and turning to homosexuality for the wrong reasons. They want to show you god in case you haven't seen him on your own. Though force feeding religion is just as bad of an idea. I guess that they do what they can.
There are also all the people that fall into the middle. I guess that you have to make the choice to find friends that you can talk to and that will help you deal with other people's crap. I think the best idea for you is to meet people's inacceptance with respect for a differece in opinion and maybe you can change one person. Things will eventually get better. Good luck.

Christians have to have a motivator for living their lives entirely ruled by an invisible entity and its voice in the world. Christians believe differently about hell dependent on their sect and personal convictions. Some are more lenient toward homosexuals than others. Homosexuals are doing nothing wrong in finding and pursuing their own happiness.

Although I don't believe in the homosexual lifestyle, I have several homosexual friends. In fact, one of my best friends admitted that he has been with other guys. Yes, I believe going to hell would be the worst thing that could happen to someone when they die, so I don't want ANYONE to go there.

Are you for real or are u a good caring Christian. Personally I have no time for either. What a small pathetic mind you have.I am a heterosexual, and also have gay friends.Do you honestly think it matters whether you fall in love with the same sex or the opposite. Are you homophobic ,Is your attitude a hidden part of who you are.Think about it.And just for the record God loves all ,he does not judge , he does not condemn. The only devil you create is obviously the small minded attitude you have within your small mind. Have a great day......Oh and god bless...........

Yes, hell is the worst thing that can happen to you. As far as homosexuals, there is nothing happy or content about them going to hell, or anybody going to hell. Instead, pray for them, and pray for everyone else that we all go to heaven.

Going to hell is THE worst thing that could happen to a person when they die. It's your acceptance of Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior that gets you into heaven, not your works. However, if you love Jesus and have accepted Him, then you WANT to repent of your sins. It doesn't mean you will never sin again, just that you need to repent of your sins as you commit them. Having said that, being saved does not give you permission to continue sinning on purpose.

Homosexual doesn't go to hell. They are human beings. Some are good and other bad. I think after dead there's no hell or heaven. If you do something wrong on this earth you will be punished here on earth sooner or later
