Coke is bad for you in many ways.
There is a lot of sugar in all sodas, enough that you could get diabetes and increase your risk for dental caries (cavities). But its worse than that.
The acid in coke is very strong and not only upsets your internal digestive tract chemistry, but the chemicals in coke can actually result in bone loss, literally leaching calcium from your body.
The caffeine can also lead to dependance (very easily). In fact, military services reccommend you stop drinking soda and coffee months before going to bootcamp, because many recruits have withdrawal symptoms (severe headaches, loss of energy, etc) if they try to stop drinking soda cold turkey once they are avid drinkers.

coke is great because it has heaps of caffeine which boosts metabolism thus keeping you lean trim and terrific.
oh yeah except the sugar which is about 6 teaspoons for a 300ml bottle will rot ur teeth and may lead to the onset of type 2 diabetes... but other than that its great for you haha

Drinking any coke it should be... It has no nutritional value at all, the high sugar content elevates your blood sugar rapidly, which often leads to shoveling more junk food down your face when you sugar energy levels crash, it is wasted calories and even though it is a liquid, dehydrates your body...

There is so much sugar/caffeine/sodium in Coke. So... lets see:
-weight gain
-diebetes
-rotting/stained teeth
-stomach problems
-heart palpatations from too much caffine
-anxiety
-high blood pressure
Switch to Diet Coke instead. :)

not to mention the fact that caffeine is a diuretic...which makes you shed body water, thus dehydrating you, so you aren't getting much hydration if you drink caffeinated beverages all day.
and no...coke won't burn a hole through your heart, but it is very acidic, so it can cause problems with those who have stomach ulcers.
and yeah...lots of sugar which equals lots of calories and lots of cavities.

bad for your teeth (the carbonation), and not enough water intake because the coke is replacing drinking water.

obviously, you will get fat.
Coke contains alot of sugar, so of course it's not healthy at all for your health.
Beside that, it also decays and stains your teeth.
SO cut it ouT!
