I am on the SBD. Have great results but at night I get leg cramps.

You might be low of potassium. Try eating bananas.

Go buy calcium chews over the counter and take as directed, could be a calcium issue if your not drinking milk or just not enough. Women naturally need more than men. Also drink half of your body weight in ounces of water to ensure you are hydrated well enough. Every ones body is different and reacts to diets different than others. Remember to always consult you physician about any and all over the counter supplements you might or have taken. if you are fortunate enough to have medical insurance go to your primary care Dr. and get lab work ran occasionally to be sure your levels are up to par and you are not robbing your body of anything it may need.

Usually leg cramps are an indication that you are not getting enough potassium.

Check to make sure you are getting enough potassium and calcium. Either electrolyte imbalance could cause cramping.
