i cannot resist~~~~~fast food!!!?

i love fast food,burger and stuff~~chips,ice cream......and i always make up an excuse like"ok,so this is my last time eating fast food"and then dig in~~~how to keep determined?thanx!i seriously need a strong mind~~~

You will probably get a serious strong mind when the day comes that you look in the mirror and don't like what you see! Or when the doctor tells you the bad news about your health! Instead of calling it quits for good, why not designate one day a week as "fast food day". Once you're down to one day a week, say 6 months from now, turn it into every other week, then once a month. I think you can leave it at once a month, that won't do you much harm and then you won't feel deprived.

fast food is pathetic, no I dont mean people that eat it, the stuff itself.
compared to even the trashiest slop of a meal I have ever made, fast food is tasteless textureless rubish.

lets not even get into just what it is that they get you to swallow, bleaghhhh

so, you want to enjoy home cooking more?, play with your food, get some herbs and spices and try them.
If every home cooked meal is an adventure you will sonn want to keep your apetite for it

I think that fast food restaurants must put something in the food that makes us "addicted" to it! I'm the same way. Sometimes I just crave it madly.

I've heard it helps to stop your cravings when you give them negative reinforcement such as putting a loose fitting rubber band around your wrist, and each time you think of fast food, you simply snap the rubber band and it hurts your wrist to remind you that you really don't want that crap in your body!
