I gained sixty pounds and managed to lose 40 of it in the first two months by doing nothing! But now I have stopped losing the weight so easily but it has only been 4 months...
I have heard "9months on, 9months off..."

It really just depends, like on how much weight you gain, how your metabolism is, if you exercise. I gain 50 lbs with my daughter and 60 with my son, each time I lost it within a month. Some other people I know gained half as much as I did and it took them a year to loose it. If your that concerned eat right and exercise.

It took me a year and a half. The first year I didn't do anything to help, but six months ago I started exercising more and eating better and now I am on my way to below my pre pregnancy weight.

It's different for everyone, but I gained 40lbs with my baby and lost the majority of it 4mo later. Not all of it, but my secret?... Breast feeding! You burn SO many calories and it's good for you and especially good for the baby.

i lost all mine in two weeks and i had a c section. seriously my belly is flat and i never did sit ups or nothing but my sister still has her baby fat and shes tried everything it just depends on your body type i guess.

don't be hard on yourself. think of it this way....9 months up...9 months down give or take a few months on the latter.
Bonus if you are breastfeeding though!

It all depend you have to exercise it off yourself.
