Yes. The fourth of july in england happens just after the third and before the fifth.
They also have an independence day, but I don't know when it is. Plus, they get to celebrate guy fawks day, and light guys on fire.

YES......................ALL COUNTRIES HAVE AN INDEPENDENCE DAY. WEATHER OR NOT THEY CELEBRATE IT IS BEYOND ME. IF YOU THINK ABOUT IT EVERY COUNTRY HAS BECOME FREE FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY AT SOME POINT IN TIME IN ITS EXISTENCE. EACH COUNTRY WAS POPULATED BY SOMEONE AT SOME POINT IN TIME AND THERE WAS A WAR OF SOME KIND TO SEE WHO WOULD KEEP THE LAND, STATE, COUNTRY, ETC. I HOPE MY ANSWER HAS HELPED.
