May I seriously suggest that you study English first?
Most of the good courses on line are in English and you, obviously, don't know English very well; so, you could have a lot of trouble understanding what's given there.
Anyway, you'll find a lot of free on line tutorials on Web Design and Building at http://www.w3schools.com

The most important software language today is JAVA language ( it is the Internet software language) and there is also C++ software language..
