You can view your Yahoo!Mail in Outlook, Eudora, or another POP3 client, only if you are a subscriber to the Yahoo! Mail Plus Program (which is currently $19.99/year).

Only if you pay for the pop3 account otherwise you can only use the web version in the US.

In some countries yahoo pop3 is free.
