I remember most of the times I got REALLY angry with my little sister was over the small stuff. Usually, it was because I was already stressed out before she even entered the room. She also knew exactly which "little things" would piss me off, and do them intentionally in hopes of getting me into trouble.
I came to learn to avoid her if I was already upset or angry. In fact, we tended to get along much better if we were both busy doing other things away from eachother a lot.
It also took a lot of willpower, but when she would start pushing my buttons, I would say something like "good try" or just roll my eyes. I would then walk away.
I hope this helps.

NO it's not 'normal'!
your attitude towards little brother or anyone for that matter has to do with what you have been learning/taught from your parents or other influencial figure(s). it is possible that your 'super anger' is really meant for some other person that has hurt you in the past (mom/dad/relative/friend, etc.) and you are dumping onto a safer, easier target - your brother - instead of delivering that super anger to the correct target/individual who hurt you originally.
just think long and deep about exactly WHO hurt you before and what you want to say/do to that person about your painful/sad feelings. you may not be safe or able to take your anger/pain back to the individual who hurt you but at least you won't continue to take it out on your brother or anyone who is a safer, handier target for the bottled up rage you are holding for someone else entirely.
this bottled up rage is why some folks, after a fight with their boss, come home and kick the dog, slap their kid, yell at their spouse, get in a fight with the neighbor, etc. over some very small thing. they're taking their rage out on some other, safer TARGET instead of the boss who hurt them to begin with.

Yah that's perfectly normal. Pms will do it to you. Anger management is a great course to take because there you can tell your story on what upsets you and get feed back to help you through those times. Good Luck and try to be patient with him Think before you react.

It's normal. Anytime you have to spend extended periods of time with anyone, you are going to get annoyed at times with them.
