Have you grown apart? Is she interested in someone else? I know how painful it can be, but take it for face value. If she is unhappy and does not love you, she will cheat and/or she will leave. Be prepared for that, because if you aren't then it will completely send you into a tail spin. I don't want to say these things to you because you are obviously in a lot of pain, but I just went through this myself, that is how I know. You have your whole life ahead of you, don't settle for someone who doesn't want to be with you. You deserve to be with someone who values and cares for you very deeply. You may give the appearance to her that she can treat you however she wants and get away with it but you need to take a stand on this. When you do, she will take notice and either want to end things to, or she will find you very attractive. I agree with the other writers at one time she did love you and if you sense that she doesn't then she probably doesn't. Trust your gut instinct, it is really your concious mind telling your body what to do. I hope things work out for you and that you get what you want out of life. You deserve nothing less.

That happens in life sometimes, you sound very insecure.
Instead of "dying " deal with it .
If it isnt working out move on, the next one might love you
