One: If you can swim, please raise your right hand.
Two: If you can swim, please raise your right hands.

Note: If I want to ask the question to a group of people, which should I use? In English, the pronoun 'you' can be both singular and plural. So should I use unmber two to indicate that I am talking to many people, not just to a person.

I think #1 is right because the plurality is referring to the number of hands each person is holding up, not how many people. But either one would be equally understood.

it should be choice 1 coz we only have 1 right arm.

the question is addressed to each individual in that group therefore it connotes singularity.

hands is correct, however, it is more common, and will probably be better recieved by a group if you just say hand, as it will make them feel more like you are speaking to them individually, and it will be more personable
