I went on a diet when i was 13 and now im stuck being 5'4 and I want to know how I can get taller im 16 and I wanna gain 3 inches in 3 weeks or more

What you need is a stretch machine. Tie a couple 100 pound weights to each leg and let em drop at least ten feet. Repeat until you are at your optimal size.

you could continue to get taller for potentially another 4 or 5 years. eat well and get lots of excercise. fyi, smoking will stunt your growth, and so will coffee. but the only way you're going to gain 3 inches in 3 weeks is with a serious pair of heels

You don't say how tall your parents are. It could be hereditary. 5'4" is not all that bad!
My mother was only 5'2"
I know people who are only 4'9"! So consider yourself lucky!
Be patient! You may grow a couple of inches in the next few years.

i kno what ya mean!! but look at the advatage of being short (im the same height) most guys will be taller then u!! and u can fit in any bed without being too tall for it

Silly kid you cannot fight genes. but if you are desperate and patient, take up a sport, take volleyball or basket ball, somesport where you can stretch a lot.
