No. As long as you have energy and can stay up, there is really no prob. For some people it may be the best time.

If you work out late at night you get a late onset of dopamine rush which will make it difficult for you to sleep. That would be the only side-effect of late-night exercise other than possible lack of cool-down that might make you a little more sore in the morning.

No I do right before I go to sleep, I think it is the best time because you are through eating and doing things that are bad for you, I have lost a lot of weight this way.

Depends on how late. You don't want to work out right before bed because you will have too much adrenalin and wont be able to fall asleep.

If it is the only time you can find and don't have to get up too early, you should be fine.

i think its fine as long as it isnt more then 20 mins... iof it is your muscle might start to slowly get weak or rip....

NO I DO IT A LOT....ACTUALLY I WAS GONNA B4 I WENT TO BED...ANY WORKOUT IS A GOOD THING...AS LONG AS UR DOIN IT...THERES NOTHIN WRONG WITH IT;)
