Im dating someone 4 1/2 to 5 hours away in a different state! Were doing this because were in college. Granted I may not be into everything he does ( he's a computer geek, and a little easily distracted) and i'm a nerd and very straight forward, we take the good with the bad, theres a thing called compromise. If you feel that she is genuinely someone you could see as being the one, so be it.

Well I would try to spend as much time as possible or do a lot of talking on the phone or emails or something. Been there done that before, and it took almost 3 years to see that it wouldn't work. Sucked in the end.

Read her yahoo answers, myspace, etc. Get to know her through people since you can't hang out too much, and then make an opportunity to move close to her or buy a hybrid car. Either one is good. Good luck.

relationships are overrated... mainly by the movies.... there will never be the 'perfect' man or woman... the question for you is can you live the rest of your life dealing with the things you dislike about her.. and can she tolerate you as well?
